Isn't it kind of wild how the new Paranormal stuff pack seems to have more content than the Nifty Knitting, which won the fan vote?

    Posted: 12 Jan 2021 04:09 PM PST

Of course, I take into account that this perception can be caused by my personal taste - I certainly feel more excited about ghost hunting than making a sweater (Although my vote in the survey was for science & technology). And this is still only based on a trailer, I would have to see the actual gameplay to make a 100% confident statement. But on the surface, these specific features (lot type + career + special object), I believe, should be able to provide at least more interesting gameplay than knitting and a rocking chair :/.

I hope I do not sound condescending to people who loved Nifty Knitting - it was NOT a bad pack in my opinion, I just wished they added more features mentioned in the survey (why couldn't there be two hobbies included, instead of Plopsy?). Besides, I always get a feeling that this normal, everyday family gameplay should just be a part of base game, and usually will not blow my mind when is released in a pack, even if it is just the "stuff" one.

Does anyone else agree? Or is my view completely warped by my preferences? :D
