    I just had an idea for the sims that would be amazing. So picture your sim is living in a cheap apartment. Over time the toilet seat breaks and since your dim doesn't have enough money, the replacement seat doesn't fit right and looks like it came off of another toilet. Over time the couch gets holes in it but it still functional. Not having enough money, the sim just leaves it alone or just throws a blanket over the couch to cover up any holes. The table top gets warn down from use, and with no money to get a knew one, the Table top has scratches and other wear and tear. Over time a stain or two 'magically' appear on the carpet from random mistakes. Unable to recarpet they just simply put a rug over it.

    I think this would be an amazing feature to have. It would take a lot to make it possible and I definitely don't see it happening in the sims 4, but someday I'd really like to have a storytelling feature like this. It would just add so much more life to the game. Anyone else feel the same, or just me that really wants this?
