Made a modern minimalistic home ✨

I introduced the neighbour children to the Sims and now they want to play all the time. Today they asked if we could play dress-up and I said “sure” and one said “It’ll be just like The Simps” ��
Today i cluttered some of the merchant's stands on my fantasy bazaar! Done without CC and soon available on Origin ID: SatiSim
Also killing maids. Wait...
Why evrything in The Sims 4 is HUGE!?
This sim came to my house, pissed his pants, and then fell asleep on my stairs, all while the headmaster of the private school was there.
I made a replica of Waverly Place in The Sims 4. The build features the street, the Sub Station, the lair, and the Russo apartment!
Just a normal day at sunset valleys library

Introduction for Newcomers

Every two weeks the challenge will change, We'll design a different house or interior of a room and we might even sneak a few Create-A-Sims in to break it up a little.

Certain challenges will have a monetary limit, some will be spend as much as you like/can to impress.

We try to make it so everyone can participate in all challenges no matter which Sims game you have and which expansion/stuff packs you have.

Bi-Weekly Build Challenge, Week 97: Tommorowland; Homes of the Future!

What does the phrase "home of the future" mean? Does it indicate a home with more technology? Very energy efficient? Or one that just has that certain je ne sais quoi that screams "futuristic"? It really depends on who you ask, but usually it's a combination of features. Technology is, however, changing architecture and it is doing more than advancing the ways we can simply design. With so many contours, colors and materials at the fingertips of architects and designers, who knows where the architecture of the future will take us? All we really know is that individuality and the courage to be different will determine the living trends of the future. Smart homes, for instance, used to be a concept that was only possible in science fiction movies. Fast-forward to the present day and the amount of science fiction concepts that are already being used by regular homeowners is staggering. Futuristic homes showcase the best of what the future holds – with flexibility, optimum use of space and simply extraordinary design. What will houses look like in 2050? Show us by creating your own futuristic dream home!

Key Elements:

Design techniques that incorporate material properties, energy flows, and structural performance.

Futuristic concepts make use of a single, often muted color as their primary color, and employ a limited overall color palette.

Angles, materials and tones accentuate a "clean" look.

May be residential or commercial (apartments OK!), and fully functional. (TIP: Consider using cheats to unlock debug/hidden items and to place objects more freely!)

NOTE: Challenges are open for TWO weeks!

Build Guidelines

Requirements:

One entry per person.
Must be functional.
Each submission should have distinguishably modern features on the exterior and interior.
Residential properties only ("Rooftop" Apartments OK!).
No Photoshopping images.
CC allowed.

Important Dates

July 30th: Challenge Closes around 10pm EST and then posts are verified/voting commences. Winners will be announced when the next challenge goes live (typically within 1-2 days after the deadline).

Didnt anybody else find it annoying that a lot of things in the sims 4 buy mode is weirdly huge?the telescope is huge,the Microscope is huge,The teddy bear is huge,The Dollhouse is huge....
