Every two weeks the challenge will change, We'll design a different house or interior of a room and we might even sneak a few Create-A-Sims in to break it up a little.

Certain challenges will have a monetary limit, some will be spend as much as you like/can to impress.

We try to make it so everyone can participate in all challenges no matter which Sims game you have and which expansion/stuff packs you have.

Bi-Weekly Build Challenge, Week 104: Holiday Markets, Fairs & Bazaars!

The holidays are here, and cozy decorated homes & storefronts line the streets everywhere. But what about your Sim's neighborhood?! Does your Sim need a festive place to meet up with their friends and pick up a few decorations? While fancy Christmas window displays may seem enticing, winter bazaars offer many perks such as free-admission ice-skating, unique treats for purchase, and one-of-a-kind gifts, which all support local artists, merchants and other small businesses! Needless to say, holiday markets and fairs take the experience of holiday shopping to a whole new level. Grab a cup of hot cocoa, and Make your sims world festive by transforming your neighborhood park into an outdoor market place, and then have your sims brave the cold to find homemade goods/gifts for everyone on their lists this year.

    Key Elements:

    • Open-air, outdoor pop-up market with multiple vendors/stands.

    • Colorful/bright lights and other holiday/winter decoration.

    • Offers a variety of entertaining, seasonal activities (i.e., ice-skating).

Community properties ONLY. Must be fully functional. (TIP: Consider using cheats to unlock debug/hidden items and to place objects more freely!)

NOTE: Challenges are open for TWO weeks!

Ah man, I miss traits like Neurotic and Unstable in the Sims 4. I like how they represented mental illnesses in TS3.

no shade against cc creators using patreon for a bit, but having content locked for months is ridiculous. i tried to go cc shopping today and literally half of it i could not access. cc is great because it is accessible for everyone, especially since sims 4 is so overpriced.

Y’all, I have my legacy sim working hard to complete her challenge goals so she hasn’t had time to be intimate with her husband. She keeps getting wants to interact with him. I feel so bad lmao.

I found two new sentiments today, they are the best things that the sims team has added to the game so far. The more you play the better they get!
