    Anyone else disable aging until they feel ready to age their sims?

    Maybe I'm just weird, but in every Sims game (especially Sims 2) I tend to just turn off aging until I feel I've reached a good point for my Sims to age, especially with how little time a sim actually gets to enjoy the seasonal changes in each life stage.

    You're trying to tell me little Timmy is going to go from diaper to briefcase before the end of the year? Not on my watch!

    Do any of you do this? I keep juggling between wanting to find a good lifespan mod or just disabling aging until I'm ready, especially with Sims 2 (since Sims 3 and 4 have alternative solutions, obviously).

    I just get so attached to my dumb little virtual people! I find it hard to part ways with them.

    I was super bored today so I played the sims 4 for about 6 hours. After my sim was a 5 star celebrity, and knew all the spells in the magic pack, she got married and was pregnant. And then my game crashed. I was an idiot and never saved. Rest in spaghetti never forgetti.
