Things I would like to see in kid Sims:

1: I want kids to dislike activities.

I don't like that many kid activities come with no consequences or even positive moodlets.

Like we all know that kid who is only in a sport or club because thier parents made them do it. I just wish there were traits that would mirror that. Like maybe being stressed after a scout meeting or job. Maybe a kid doesn't like the outdoors and fishing or snowboarding gives them a negative moodlet. And if a kid dislikes sports, the only way to make them play without negative moodlets is if you get an energized mood that's strong enough to counteract it

    2: Sibling Order Traits

This won't matter much given that Sim families have lots of babies but I wish there were traits that could actually differentiate the ages of Sim kids. It could be something Simple like an "Eldest Child Trait," "Middle Child Trait," or "Youngest trait." Perks for these can be included (though i'm not saying these perks are true across the board for real life siblings!).

But maybe the eldest child trait gives a boost to Cooking, Logic, and Parenthood skills and makes the Focused and Tense moodlet more likely to appear. Middle Child Traits could include a boost in Art, Music, Writing, and Gaming with the Inspired and Sad moodlet being boosted. And the Youngest Child Trait would give a boost to mischief and charisma while making Energized, Playful, and Angry moodlets more likely to happen. The trait wouldnt immediately be in effect and won't matter till a sim is a teen so there is time to fudge them. But I wish these traits existed and were easy to manage.

    1. Better Homeschooling, Mentoring, and tutoring

Homeschooling is difficult and I wish that a teacher could be hired to teach on a lot. If it were up to me, "homeschool" would be a lot item, room, or building found in build mode. And it would function as a rabbit holed similar to the rocketship. To activate it, you would need an appointed teacher and at least one child. Your teacher sim and kid sim would go in, gain skills, and not come out until the time was done. And if you hire an NPC homeschool teacher, it could be a daily charge. Same with tutoring, a Sim should be able to hire a tutor under services. Tutoring could also boost school performance like "extra credit" is.

    1. PLEASE LET KIDS EAT SACK LUNCHES WHEN AWAY

OH MY GOD WHAT IS THE POINT OF SACKED LUNCHES IF KIDS DONT EAT THEM WHEN THEY GO TO SCHOOL.

These are just a few thoughts and wishes. If anyone has mod suggestions, I'd love to hear them. And if you are a modder, make this for me please and i will love you forever

    Any othe Kid sim wishes

Throwback to when The Sims was bold enough to put adult themes front and centre in their trailers, including but not limited to the classic play style "scamming old men for their money and murdering them one by one". It's just so iconic. ❤
