I made a mod in Sims 4 where you can now set your sim's walk style in live mode. You can choose not only normal walk styles that's already available from CAS, but also emotional, situational, and special walk styles.

One of my legacy spares has the Strangerville Mystery aspiration so I've been playing with him and having a lot of fun actually! He lives in a crappy trailer home in the heart of Strangerville, does odd jobs by day and dedicates himself to solving the mystery at night

First time playing The Sims 3 and first time posting here, I'm really enjoying the game so far, maybe I'm addicted, lol. Anyways, meet Lane and his ol' pal "Mr. Hand".
I've started getting bored with repetitive gameplay, so I'm gonna make my own world buildings! for all the worlds I have. its probably going to take freaking forever but I really love building so I think it's going to be fun.

Every two weeks the challenge will change, We'll design a different house or interior of a room and we might even sneak a few Create-A-Sims in to break it up a little.

Certain challenges will have a monetary limit, some will be spend as much as you like/can to impress.

We try to make it so everyone can participate in all challenges no matter which Sims game you have and which expansion/stuff packs you have.

The 1960s and 70s was a time for hippies, disco, tie-dye, bell-bottom jeans, the fight for equality, and you guessed it, houseboats! Ok, so maybe you didn't guess houseboats, but have you ever dreamed of living ON the water? Houseboats are the ultimate choice! What other sort of boat could be more relaxing than one with all the comforts of home? On today's houseboats you'll find modern conveniences of all sorts, the only thing limiting what can be built into and onto a houseboat is its size. Modern houseboats bring a new twist to just what you can do on a boat. Some offer hot tubs, home theaters, and even fireplaces or fire pits. Houseboats provide an easy escape from the world and a simple way of living. While very few are used for full-time living, most houseboats are purchased as a second home or vacation home. Create and share with us your idea of a boat you'd like to call 'home'.

Key Elements:

A cabin of one or more rooms, built on a flat-bottomed scow, with a platform or porch at either end.

Swim platforms, ramps and/or ladders.

Broad porch or veranda on top protected by awnings.

Must be residential (no apartments!), and fully functional. (TIP: Consider using cheats to unlock debug/hidden items and to place objects more freely!)

NOTE: Challenges are open for TWO weeks!

Requirements:

Water must come up to property line, but does not need to surround it on all sides.
Residential properties only (NO apartments!).
